Hey gEAR team,
I just tested out the new dataset curator. Overall, it seems pretty intuitive to me. One thing that may confuse users is when selecting plotting options for the y-axis, there are options like "barcode" and "X_tsne_1" that result in errors. Perhaps those can be removed?
Additionally, I'm not able to actually apply the cell-type colors or re-arrange cell-types with the "Update Plot" Button.
The formatting looks great!
