Refactor the CSS/JS/HTML to resemble the new expression page
- No functional annotation
- Gene Lists needs to be renamed to Patterns
- tilegrid.js needs some projection code added
- Projection-based options need to be added to the "search_bar" id in HTML

Complete, though I'm still in the process of testing parallel projection running. Currently the whole "render displays" function in the tilegrid is run sequentially as reading and retrieving from the orthology mapping files appears to run into file locking issues
