false negative with no edges in svLocusGraph?

Hello,

I have a variant (large deletion) that was detected by Manta 1.2.2 and is not detected by Manta 1.6.0 with the same settings. Following the instructions for debugging a single SV I do not see any edges anywhere near the expected breakpoints (closest edge is >200Kb away). Do you have any tips for tracking down why this variant was called in Manta 1.2.2 but not but does not even have any edges detected in 1.6.0?
