Being able to spectate a player from enemy team in Elimination

This is extremely rare bug, I think I saw it happen only 2-3 times. IIRC after death you would end up spectating a player from the opposite team. I don't know how to reproduce this bug and wouldn't be able to find a demo where it happens.
If this happens again I will attach a demo here.
