This is a fantastic and inspiring work for analyzing spatial transcriptomics! Our research group and I would like to use part of your model for academic and research purposes. I am wondering if there is an open-source license for your code (e.g., MIT). I really appreciate your help and information!

Thank you very much for your interest in our method. The source codes are currently free under GPL-3 license.
