Maximum number of cells tested by GraphST

Hi @longyahui , thanks for your great tool! I've successfully tested GraphST on my computer. However, the dataset with > 120,000 cells would make my jupyter kernel die each time. So I'm wondering what is the limit of cell number in GraphST?

 Thank you for your attention on our work.

 GraphST has no limit on input data size. The issue that the datasets with >120,000 cells causes jupyter kernel to die may be due to the limited memory.
