Will this algorithm run in jetson nano at 30fps.

I'm afraid not. Unless the application you are looking at has really small images (less than VGA resolution).
Or you could try using the GPU-accelerated functions in OpenCV for routines like feature detection.

Thank you for quick reply.
It means the real bottleneck is feature detection and tracking the
algorithm msckf is lightweight.
