nanokontrol is a cpp ros driver of the korg nanokontrol/nanokontrol2 midi controller

Dependencies:

Setting up dependencies:
Ubuntu 14:04
Run:  sudo apt-get install libasound2-dev

Usage:
Plug in midi controller to a usb device and launch nanokontrol_node
All the midi devices attached to the computer are check, and the first one that is a nanokontrol is chosen.

Options:
The sliders and knobs range in value from 0 to 1, to change this to -1 to 1, set the ros parameter "slider_range" to 1
