Description
Migrate current development branch to SDK v6 to stay updated.
Motivation
Bootstrap Lisk DEX Core v1.0.0-beta.0 using latest version of Lisk SDK 6.0 (for Lisk Interoperability).
Note, DEX Core v1.0.0-beta.0 was initially based on Lisk SDK v1.0.0-beta.1.
