Executing from script :
nrover@nrover:~/LivoxViewer2 for Ubuntu v2.3.0$ ./LivoxViewer2.sh
./LivoxViewer2.sh: 5: /home/nrover/LivoxViewer2 for Ubuntu v2.3.0/LivoxViewer2/Binaries/Linux/LivoxViewer2: Exec format error

Executing from binary folder:
nrover@nrover:~/LivoxViewer2 for Ubuntu v2.3.0/LivoxViewer2/Binaries/Linux$ ./LivoxViewer2
bash: ./LivoxViewer2: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

very similar error or the same one will happen with ros2 driver

is it ARM64 supported?
