Bug in Spikesorting v0 curation

Problem:
This line got moved up to log the times needed for file creation. Adding the analysis_file_name to the key here causes the load of waveforms to fail because the waveform has a different unique name for its analysis_file_name

Solution:
Don't alter the key until after fetching needed data for make
