Add instrumented testing to CI

- Filter out tests that require ./testdata being copied to the device
- Configure smaller test run for regular checks (use gradle documentation to filter tests)
- Configure full test run for merge into
master

Problems: emulator testing fails on many hardware-related camera tests (with original Open Camera code too)
Firebase integration: + real devices, - limitation in free version for 5 device checks a day
