Following the readme instructions results in a 404.

Hi Daniel, I think if you run $ docker-compose ps you will find that the database container didn't start properly (I have now added this to the README). This is because the latest update to the postgres image now requires a master password to be set for the database (probably a good idea!) via an environment variable. I have updated the configure.sh script to ask for this password and the compose files to pass it to the container so if you re-run $ ./configure.sh $ docker-compose up -d It should work hopefully.
