Hydra-Peak-Detection
After values for whole-body fluorescent intensity in each frame over time are obtained with ImageJ, this code will detect CB and RP1 pulses. Whole-body muscle activity was analyzed in the same manner.

This code fits the body column of Hydra in tif image into ellipse. The lowest values from each cycle were used to calculate average width at the end of the elongation. This code was written by Shuting Han.
