How to run the nuscenes dataset with CUDA-BEVFusion?

I want to use CUDA-BEVFusion to process the nuScenes dataset. How do I convert the nuScenes dataset into the example-data format? In the example dataset, how can I view the contents of files with the '.tensor' extension?
