Object Visibility is always 1

Hi,
In my annotation files, the visibility value of the objects is always 1 and never takes the intermediate values even though they are occluded by the other objects. All my objects have their collision setup and the physics is enabled in all of them. Class settings for the mesh and collision box I created are as in the image. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Can you please help?
