In step 1, item 2, we state the following:

network options detect-switchless-cluster show

Show example
If "Enable Switchless Cluster Detection" is false, contact NetApp support.

Would it be possible add the command to enable switchless cluster detection rather than suggest a call in to support?

The following example enables switchless cluster detection:
cluster1::*> network options detect-switchless-cluster modify -enabled true

The reason why it states "contact support" is because automatic switchless cluster detection should have already changed the value to "true" once the cables have been moved. If it didn't, it's a bug.
