Anybody know how to get to this place?

Looked up a yt video to try to fix the ghosting/artifacts myself, I discovered there is an ini file I need to get into but I don’t know where it is. Allegedly inside that ini file you can change the statement “lensdistortion” to true I believe and it will fix the issue with the artifacts/ghosting. Those who have this issue, lmk. I’m tired of getting no response from Nukem, even though this mod was sabotaged allegedly by Nvidea themselves. Maybe some help would do to!
