I tried every possible way to make it works but cant manage to do it.

I fixed it. just update the game to 393919-1.0.2 (not 393919)， dlssg to fsr3 mod (universal version), tested on winhttp version.

I joined the glimmer test channel and updated the game to the latest version and now the dlssg to fsr3 mod works! I haven't tested the normal channel yet.

yes its working now after update 1.0.2
