Update the hooking method please

the hooking DLLs are not working anymore with 580.88 drivers and above the only way to make this mod works is using optiscaler as a hook method for the dll

They are still working, as they always were. Don't know how you have those issues but it sure doesn't need any updates.

What game? What about the logs? There are different methods of hooking and they aren't all the same.
