Hi,

It would be very welcome if we could package MANTIS to make it easier to install. Eventually, I hope we can get it into bioconda.

I'm willing to contribute, the bioconda package should be easy once there is a proper python package with a release tag.

Just to follow-up, I am definitely interested in this, but I am waiting for supervisor approval to go ahead.

any news on this? (As MANTIS was released under GPL, this should pose not problem.)
