Support/Investigate use of Shibboleth for authentication

https://www.shibboleth.net/about-us/the-shibboleth-project/ -> is quite a commonly used SSO that lots of universities use. For example, UCL moved to it in 2023:

It'll help us make it easier for academics to use their institutional accounts to log in.
