catkin_create_pkg practice rospy

Once Package Is Created git clone ....and then run catkin_make

CHECKING THAT EVERYTHING GOES AS EXPECTED

rosrun practice service_server.py

USING A SERVICE

rosservice all word_count 'abc def ghi'
