Ackermann drive controller for Melodic version

rbcar_common/rbcar_control/lib in the branch melodic-polaris-devel contains a .deb executable to install the ROS Ackermann drive controller. However, this is for the Kinetic version of ROS. Is there a Melodic version of it?
Because during installation several dependencies problems occur and it cannot complete installation.
The error is below:

Solved by commit #28b4983. Can be closed now
