Missing run dependencies on controller_manager and controllers in rbcar_control

package.xml of rbcar_control package contains run dependency on velocity_controllers. But, the package also uses other controllers such as position_controllers, joint_state_controller etc. Run dependency on those controllers should also be included.
And, rbcar_control.launch uses controller_manager package, which should also be added as a run dependency in robot_control.
