See if we can get the `gpu-std`/`gpu_std` crate names

Hey @XAMPPRocky ! I am a maintainer of both rust-gpu and rust-cuda. We're exploring merging projects and we'd like to unify spirv_std and cuda_std under gpu_std. I see you have gpu-std & gpu_std on crates.io and do not appear to be using them. Any chance you can transfer to @eddyb and me? Thanks!
