Task:

• Move "Data Flow App" section into Confluence, review the Confluence doc., and then deprecate the Google Doc.
• "ProjecLive" is out of scope of this doc consolidation

Timeline: Having a consolidated confluence doc before the HomeWeek would be ideal but not supercritical.
