[choreo] The Save Project As button doesn't save trajectories to the new location, only the .chor file

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a new project and save it.
  2. Click the Save Project As button and select a new location.
  3. Observe that after saving, only the .chor file is in the new location. The .traj files are still in the old location. Trying to update the .traj files updates the .traj files at the old location.
