Dose comparison does not consider multiple levels of parent transforms

It seems that if the transform above a gamma input also has a parent transform, only the direct parent transform is considered.

Could not reproduce. I added a transform and its inverse as its parent, then moved the clone of a dose volume under it. Pass rate was 100%, which means that the two dose volumes overlapped exactly as far as dose comparison was concerned.
