LibMambaUnsatisfiableError when installing omicverse on win-64

Hello. I am a medical graduate. Error appears when using "conda install omicverse -c conda-forge", implying me that "omicverse is not installable because it requires
└─ scikit-misc >=0.1 , which does not exist (perhaps a missing channel". And this errors appears again when scikit-misc is installed successfully.
