Crash on Nvidia GPU with Shader Cache enabled

OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 1030
Driver version: 560.70 (latest available)

There is a crash happening when this library/renderer is used with shader cache enabled on an Nvidia GPU. Disabling shader cache works as a temporary workaround.

I noticed this with the recent version of an N64 emulator (ares). Thanks to the research done by much more knowledgeable and tech-savvy people (see here for specific details) it was determined that the cause for this is a disabled workaround.

Just putting this here in case someone else would have a similar issue.
