This sv_pure 1 mat_queue_mode 1 water bug is so stupid it can be fixed by disabling EYE SHADERS. Because r_eyes 0 is really not ideal this mod uses the 'eye' shader (so 'eyerefract' is never loaded) to recreate the "new" eyes instead of the scary dark DX8 eyes. Make sure you preload it on sv_pure 0 or lower.
