Version of penumbra10s I use myself. It has a darker folder pane, treeview +-, and smallened font for vertical taskbars with full size dates. Made with mssstyleeditor 2.0.0.6 since newer versions don't seem to work on this theme

To install, just install https://mhoefs.eu/software_uxtheme.php, go to releases and extract into C:\windows\resources\themes.
