Evaluate state of vision, GPS, and lidar modules

We need nodes that can reliably provide us with what the rover sees as it's traversing the course.

In terms of sensors that the rover uses for vision, we have a RealSense camera, a SICK lidar, and a GPS module. It would be nice to ensure that the present nodes work, and that they present information in a format that a human pilot can easily implement.
