[12-Feature] GPS Integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Figure out how to integrate the GPS data into a ROS node. There is already a working code on this somewhere, I need it to be organized again and make sure the jetson has the correct package to run the GPS.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a ROS node that publishes said data in the Python file that reads the GPS data.
