[13-Feature] Encoder on Hansen Motors

Figure out the encoders on the drivetrain.

Describe the solution you'd like
We want to be able to read the encoder data on the drivetrain motors. To be able to read this, we might need a microcontroller (Arduino) and read the data and spit out some numbers that are important.

This is an old document, on a previous lab to run the motors. This is still relevant and I suggest looking into the datasheet of these motors
