install.packages(c("Rcpp","data.table","R6","Rdpack","roxygen2","knitr","rmarkdown"))
Once these packages are installed, the package can be installed with:
install.packages("MGDrivE")
and loaded:
library(MGDrivE)
Please take a look at our examples folder for demos.
To facilitate the data analysis of the results produced by MGDrivE, we provide a python package MoNeT_MGDrivE installable through pip.
This package is part of our companion project: MoNeT, so have a look at the project's website for information on some of the work we are doing!
