something wrong using phenolyzer website

Sorry to bother you.But someting goes wrong when using phenolyzer,I just can't open the result page.What I can see is just a message read "Please wait while the data is loading......". I try to submit the job again or just wait for hours and days,but still nothing changes.

I'm also having this problem, phenolyzer keeps showing loading. another problem is that this site doesn't seem to be able to set its own fonts, sometimes the fonts in the picture below are not readable, I don't know if I can design my own font choice.

I am aware of the problem. It is likely caused by a recent security audit that required a lot of minor changes in SSL settings and many other javascript modules; if it cannot be resolved, I am considering moving this outside of our institution firewall and put on a public cloud instead.
