Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Microscope.json file created before Microscopy Metadata model v2.00 are incompatible with the current version of the App and should be considered for testing purposes only.
Various patches have been created for internal use only.
Describe the solution you'd like
Patches should be removed and a warning added upon opening an incompatible file.
