[BUG] MANAGE INSTRUMENT and SETTINGS --> Changed behavior with saving file

Describe the bug
When saving a with upper case name in it (1-0-0_NELSON_mic1)
It gets saved as 1-0-0_nelson_mic1
I then change the file name to 1-0-0_NELSON_mic1 and typically this gets recognized as the same file, same ID etc. and overwritten.

NOW IT DOES NOT AND INSTEAD, A NEW FILE IS SAVED

This never happened before this version

This happens with both ManInst and ManSett
