[BUG] ALL--> GUI impagination

Describe the bug
The position of the different GUI elements on MMA window is not centered

Windows 0, 1 , 2, and 3-Hardware and 3-Settings--> all content (see the blue area in Screen Shot 1) needs to be repaginated and centered with respect to the App space

Window 0-1 --> When Zooming out make sure the elements on the page do not separate vertically from each other (distance indicated by the arrow on Screen Shot 2 should not increase with Zoom out)

Window 3-Hardware --> The "Tier etc." top title is partially hidden by the top progress bar. Add missing margin (indicated by arrow in Screen Shot 3)

Window 3-Settings --> When selecting "Load from HomeFolder", the "Tier, etc." top title + the top progress bar moves upward relative to the position it occupies when "Import from file" is selected, as indicated by Arrow 1 in Screen Shot 4. At the same time, the distance indicated by Arrow 2 increases disproportionately.

Window 3-Settings --> The Select Manufacturer selection box does not have the correct top dimension, which should limit the number of displayed items to a maximum of five.
Window 3-Settings --> In the 3rd Step the Settings files selection box does not have the correct lateral dimension (indicated by the Arrow in Screen Shot 5). As a result, a scroll bar appears that should not be there

Window 4-Hardware --> There is a small but noticeable bottom margin (Screen Shot 6, arrow). Center this window as well with respect to the App space.
