Generating WBGene spans from database /nfs/production/flicek/wormbase/wb/BUILD/brugia
ERROR: Could not open /nfs/production/flicek/wormbase/wb/BUILD/brugia/GFF_SPLITS/non_coding_transcript.gff for reading

File named with capital 'N': Non_coding_transcript.gff
File was renamed for WS285 but this appears to be the same for other tier2 species, so need to identify source of discrepancy.

Fixed by 75ace3d. There was a bug in a previous commit (56d5698) where Non_coding_transcript was changed to non_coding_transcript for the method name and the GFF column match - only the latter should have been changed.
