$ sudo apt-get install ros-${ROS_DISTRO}-rosserial-arduino
$ sudo apt-get install ros-${ROS_DISTRO}-rosserial
$ roscore
Open a New Terminal
$ rosrun rosserial_python serial_node.py tcp
Flash the example code to the board.
