Benchmark test for library development.
Need fine-tune DRL to generate comparison results for different settings:
- model-free DRL and model-based DRL
- CPUs/GPUs
- single-threading / multi-threading
The comparison should focus at least on:
- computation time
- control performance
- learning performance
