how can I combine SymSim with scVI?

how can I combine SymSim with scVI?

Hi there!

Do you have any suggestion that how to let scVI read the simulation data from SymSim? I think the only interface should be csv dataset, but not sure the exact csv format, i.e., should I add cell or gene name in the file, or should I use count data or TPM-like normalised data?
