Framework of normal network&IF

Hi, I'm sorry to take up your time with a simple question. Normal network and IF are not explained too much in this paper. Do you refer to other methods? Because I am not familiar with these part and my code ability is relatively weak, it is difficult to tease out the complete and accurate network structure from the code. IF you can tell me where I learned the network structure of normal network and IF, it will be easier for me to read the code. Or could you give me some hints on where to focus the code for normal network and IF? Thank you very much.

Normal network comes from PIFuHD [1].
IF regressor comes from MonoPort [2].
