the problem of "no left space on the disk" when running 3D-DNA

Hi,
When I run 3D-DNA with the "merge_dedup.txt" file generated by “juicer”, a large number of intermediate files generated by 3D-DNA are all put into /home, but the space of /home is very small, so an error is generated. So how do I get these intermediate files generated into /data in the /root directory? In other words, how do I change the path of intermediate files? Looking forward to your advice, thank you
