vcpkg cannot find cctags

Describe the bug
When i run:
D:\vcpkg>vcpkg install cctag[cuda,apps]:x64-windows
or
vcpkg install cctag[cuda,apps]
I getthe error:
Error: Cannot find definition for package cctag.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run
vcpkg install cctag[cuda,apps]
on windows 10
Expected behavior
download and install cctage
Desktop (please complete the following and other pertinent information):
- OS: win 10
