markdown wiki folders pulgin for vim
- add meta-data support and toogle function
this plug is pulled from https://github.com/h2ero/vim-markdown-wiki
so that files save in the correct wiki-folder.
this creates a link to a subfolder. clearing the namespace for filenames.
this plug has a lot of functions are referenced from vimwiki.
