Build ShaderTranspiler on Windows
cmake -S . -B build -DBUILD_TEST=ON -DBUILD_TOOLS=ON
cmake --build build
Build glslangValidator on Windows
cd thirdparty/glslang
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="$(pwd)/install"
cmake --build . --config Release --target install
cp StandAlone/Release/glslangValidator.exe ../../../scripts/.
